Dear Nikkie A thank you to the lady member of staff Crawley Leaders staff who was so helpful and prompt in resolving the recent plumbing issue.

After being with a large agency in Crawley for 4 rocky years, the service and honesty I now receive from Leaders is heaven sent. I was with a very large agency before changing to Leaders, and while dealing with my previous agencies' "customer services department", at any one time I would be dealing with up to 3 people, and so the web of communications became so convoluted and confusing; I never realised that Leaders' would offer me 1 contact person to deal with for everything. And when the last Lessee with my previous agency went into default and I tried to leave the previous agency, then the worms came out the woodwork with short payments of rent to me and overcharges of fees for services not rendered. Nonetheless I have 2 cases against my previous agency, which I am now escalating to the estate agency ombudsman for the UK. Changing to Leaders is a breath of fresh air. Extremely professional. All documents are electronic so there is no chance of any funnies, and fees are deducted monthly - the only ethical way of charging fees (other agencies charging once-off yearly fees - beware!!!!! ). My move to Leaders is the best decision I have made and renting out my flat couldn't be more pleasant; knowing Leaders' honesty has given me peace of mind.
