Approachable and friendly and mostly very good a responding promptly. Much better than any other property managers I have dealt with in the past!

Generally Leaders manage my property to a good standard but it is clearly depends on the quality of the staff employed. However when this has been a problem Leaders have taken prompt action to rectify the situation. My major concern is the quality of the work undertaken by some of the contractors recommended by Leaders,the enhanced prices that they charge and the fact there is no system in place to check that the works are completed correctly. Whilst I can understand to have every small job checked is difficult and costly the inspector prior to his visit could be given a list of the works undertaken during the preceeding period and check that work has been undertaken and to a reasonable standard during his visit. Major works should be checked prior to payment.
