We looked on rightmove and found some nice rentals with Leaders. Great customer service, helpful and any issues we have, they are sorted quickly and efficiently.

I find all staff very friendly and accommodating. The property management team are very efficient and helpful. The only criticism I have is that when any of my properties come vacant it seems to take a long time to find a new tenant. The other letting agencies I use start showing the properties about a month before the old tenant moves out, thereby normally only having the property empty for 3 -7 days. It is a lot longer with Leaders unless I personally chase it.

From start to finish the Team that looked after us and got us settled in were excellent.

Though their fees are expensive (like all London firms), Leaders have proved to be good property managers. All our queries and request have been quickly and ably dealt with.
