I have worked with Leaders for several years now and the service remains excellent. Always keep me informed, but more importantly hassle free and well managed.

Tyrone and Mark did a great job of having the apartment on the market and web within hours of photographing the property. Next morning first two applicants saw the property and both offered full asking price. They handled all aspects of the letting with courtesy and in a friendly responsive manner. Will be using the Leaders boys again.

+ Rented quickly and at full ask. - I did not receive a copy of the inventory until after the tenant had moved in despite asking for it in order to be able to check it.

Generally everyone is very helpful especially when the previous tenant went to arbitration over deposit held back against professional cleaning. Lisa, Regan and the manager at the Croydon office were really helpful in explaining the procedures and assuring me that they will assist to present the landlord's case. Subsequently the case was settled before it went to arbitration. Thank you.
