Debbie is very good, and looks at landlords point of view not just tenant.Letting and contract side this seams disjointed, and they do not really review rent. I emailed and called re rent review. Tyrone is the only one who seems to understand what the rent should be, and I don't think he does most of the rent reviews, it seems to be automatic £25, 10 etc. . I feel rent for my flay 36 Beverley Hyrst is low, even though it clearly does need redecorating
