Very happy with the service Leaders have given. All staff are friendly and helpful. On occasion when calling the main office it seems very difficult to speak to a member of staff. I am told that someone will call me back but I never get a return call. Just a e-mail 10 minutes later. Could I please get the move in electricity reading. Many thanks

You gave us a week notice to inspect the property which is a lot more than some letting agencies and landlords give and it was nice to come back to a simple review of what happened as well as neither of us could be there at the time. Most our queries have been answered quickly as well. There were a few problems with the property at first, but we were able to sort them out within a fortnight which helped us settle in quicker. I would definitely recommend to couples renting for the first time as you have been very informative of what is required with no dodgy small print
