We have been very impressed with the service provided by Leaders. Despite some early online technical problems when we were trying to set up our rental, their personal service has been excellent, as has their attention to detail, subsequently.

Good service. Polite staff. Reasonable management fees but beware of the maintenance fees as they can be heavily loaded. At the end of the day, Leaders take the headache out of renting my property.

Leaders is a good company who keep in contact with you and over the phone are very helpful! Although when matters are talked about on the phone they are never followed up with which is disappointing when it's an important matter. We had some problems when we first moved in due to non helpful agents, however all but two matters were resolved.

The service I've received from Leaders has been great overall. They've been very helpful whenever I had any questions, which is especially important for me as I'm a first time renter. The only thing that has let it down slightly was the number of emails I received about contents insurance even though I'd already taken documents in branch to prove I'd taken out contents insurance. Also I had to request my inventory report as it was meant to be sent via email but never had and it doesn't include important information such as the location of the water meter and stop tap for the water, which I had been told would be included in this information.
