For great "Day to Day" service, received from your Borrowash Office, both Hayley Ward - Branch Manager and Sarah Upton, Assistant Branch Manager have always provided me with a fast and first class service, always returning phone calls with answers, etc. Allyce in Credit Control has again, always been of great assistance with communicating the current position with rent arrears, next payment expected, etc. Then following a recent and serious house fire, both Ryan Swinburn - Property Manager and Mathew Madley - Property Manager have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to return calls and to be genuinely concerned and proactive to resolve issues. Again, nothing too much trouble, with them phoning to ensure "everything" is "sorted", etc. A first class all round team, thank you
