In general I am happy with the service provided. I am however still waiting for a complaint I made to be followed up and this is now several months later.

Some aspects have been great. It was easy to move in, leaders staff are friendly and easy to contact. However once i moved in it took three weeks for my oven to be fixed and obvious issues like a warped door have still not been looked at. I expected these to be fixed easily but I am chasing these issues. I wish I was told I did not have to change energy supplier to BG as that information was confusing for someone who is new to renting.

Would like to highlight how well Faye has responded to any issues I have had with my property and has done everything in her power to resolve issues where possible. It's not been an easy task but she has been very proactive and kept me informed at all times.

Good service so far. One thing though, have been chasing a quotation for repairs for sometime. no success. This is the dark spot on otherwise a clean slate.

Ok, and competitive price makes good value. However, a confusing set up with no continuity of contact, as with smaller agents. New tenants moved in my property several months back yet IMS lettings board is still in place.

The application and moving in process went very smoothly. I have a couple of comments. After receiving the inventory, I went through it and created a document with some extra pictures of things that were missed. I never got an acknowledgement that you have received it and that it would be put on file for use at the end of the tenacy. I think it would be useful to get an acknowledge about this. Also I was contacted by your office a few weeks after I moved in saying the landlord was going to arrange for some cleaners to come in to sort out a couple of items the previous tenants missed. Nobody from the cleaning company ever contacted me and despite phoning your Pride Park office twice and asking for somebody to phone me back about this, nobody has been in contact. I am obviously slightly concerned that the landlord thinks these items have been resolved when they have not been.
