THERE HAVE BEEN TWO OCCASSIONS INVOLVING THE 'REPAIR TEAM'. IN THE FIRST, I ASKED FOR A QUOTE FOR SOME POINTING WORK. ALTHOUGH THE BUILDER CAME REASONABLY QUICKLY, HE TRIED TO PERSUADE ME TO HAVE TWO CHIMMNEY STACKS REMOVED IN ADDITION TO THE POINTING. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDN'T TAKE UP THIS SUGGESTION AND ARRANGED MY OWN BUILDER TO DO THE WORK THE SECOND OCCASION INVOLVED TV AERIAL WORK. THIS WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND SATISFACTORILY. TO SUM UP, THE REPAIR TEAM ARE QUICK TO RESPOND.AND VERY HELPFUL

Staff are very helpful, especially when it came to bills from old suppliers (electricity left on before I moved in). The people I dealt with were all very friendly and real, not just acting, true customer service. My only gripe was that the flat was not clean when I moved in. It wasn't pleasant seeing a nice flat with a dirty washing machine, unclean oven, dirty shower, loose toilet etc. Should be standard that these are sorted before a move in date/ first available move in date set for a time after this is possible
