On a couple of occasions there was a somewhat complicated issue with the central heating radiators in my property.It is rarely difficult to contact me by email or by phone. If I had been contacted I could have helped considerably and saved everyone time and frustration and -in my case-money. It was a shame because in general everyone does try to be kind and helpful.

I am very happy with vetting of tenants, availability of staff to talk on the phone, recovery of late rent and speed of response. I am not happy with talking to different people all the time. Specifically, I have made a request for something only to find, weeks later that someone else tells me that it hasn't been done and I have long forgotten who it was I spoke to in the first place. It would be much easier for me if I were able to deal with just one person.

My only criticism is that when calling your Borrowash office the call always gets diverted to Pride Park Derby It is also difficult to get follow up information and calls when dealing with Pride Park. The jobs get done but it's feels too much like dealing with a call centre

Good mainly. Repairs could be more efficient. Recently had a changeover where work was identified as needed but wasn't communicated to me. 3 to 4 weeks delay and I only found out when I visited the property.
