The agents who have been out have been excellent, they (one in particular, happy to say if you want to know) have some valuable and honest advice. However some of the contact from the main office has been poor, in fact I'm still waiting for information on a maintenance contract 2 months later.

Since moving in to my apartment I have been generally very pleased with your service. Your documentation and staff are of a very professional standard. The one area I feel is not quite what it should be is the attention to maintenance issues that have been raised during a property visit that nothing then seems to happen. My property had a couple of issues even before I moved in that were pointed out to me with the proviso that they would be corrected. I have nearly lived here for a year now and neither of the issues have been addressed along with another two issues I raised during the routine property visits. I enjoy living here and would want to live here for a considerable further time but if something major should go wrong it makes me feel that nothing would be done about it.

The service was excellent. It could not have been bettered.

Leaders on a whole are fairly good, although there are some negatives. I've been in my property now almost 2 months and the "Let by" sign is still up outside my house prompting ppl to knock on my door and ask if the house is for let!

I am pleased to say that I very happy with Leaders Derby. George in your repairs department is excellent, understanding and professional. He has put my faith back into letting agencies and is proof that agencies are fair and honest and support tenants. I have just moved from a property being sold by Leaders and the girls on the sales side were very helpful and understanding of my needs as a tenant. I had many issues letting this house and all of leaders colleagues helped me...particularly Sam

Leaders have performed really well in the last six months. I haven't given five stars because I want this performance to continue into the future
