Generaly good experience so far except a couple of maintenance issues are takes to long to deal with. Some are still not fixed yet.

Hard to speak directly to the person who contacts landlord with query to get exact information. Query's passed on from tenants lack specific details and response not always proportionate to the 'real' problem. so far the queries I have received via yourselves have been out of all proportion to the actual problem. 1st visit review was inaccurate ( I hope). Not contacted you yet about it

This was my first ever rental. Service at start was excellent. Could do with knowing whether i need to still forward mail to you for various former tenants at same address (i have asked this question when i have sent stuff into you)

We have been pleased with everything so far just one small issue we were under the impression that we had set up a standing order for rent to come out. So it was a shock to get a phone call to say we had missed payment and now we look bad tennants as it was late. Does the let by board come down at all.

Pleasant and helpful staff. All paperwork provided and dealt with promptly and with clear explanations of what was expected from me. Whole process went smoothly and was dealt with professionally. Very happy in our new accommodation. Many thanks.

I am very pleased with the service received, however I would like to see communication improved after something has gone wrong with the property, I am informed promptly but feed back as to what is happening to rectify the problem is not so prompt. An email would suffice even if your company is waiting a reply from a trader for example a plumber
