hi, this is my 2nd attempt to send a review. we found Leaders very friendly to work with. We knew you were a reputable firm; small within house SALES but very experienced with rental. Our vendor was selling with you and we thought it may make it easier. We initially sold our house 3 times very quickly but the 1st buyers dropped out suddenly. We did wonder if the 1st sales negotiator had not been ill we may have pre-empted this, but she couldn't help being ill, and when wespoke to her - possibly too late - she was very efficient. so we do not know. The 2nd sale ended as our keen buyer's buyer couldnot secure a mortgage - to do with lease hold and ground rent in London. Once again we wondered if Leaders or our Solicitor could have foreseen this. 3rd sale happened quickly, and was not long in usual terms but was for what we felt we were led to expect. Some blips were caused by buyer's short cuts, bypassing estate agents, getting a trainee solicitor who had to run things past his boss, at a slow rate. The whole process took from mar 3rd to oct 24th BUT we have no idea if it is difficult times, and other factors.From start to finish Leaders were very helpful, from Raza initially, to Lucy telling us re. 1st sale dropping through, to Gemma at the end. I do hope i have left no one out. Somewhere in the middle we became a bit lost as to who was coming from which branch.... it made us lose confidence a little, but we would definitely recommend Leaders, and have no bad word to say about them, as house moving gets very fraught, and blame seems to be placed not always fairly. This is for Leaders but please share and use anything publically you wish to. thanks again and sorry my response took so long! .

Great service, we have had no issues with the property and the staff have always been helpful.

Excellent work. Tenants out on 12th of month and new tenants in by 19th. Can't get better than that.

Can honestly say that despite our sale/buy being a tricky one, this was through no fault of Leaders and if anything, when we faced setbacks and issues they did their best to support us as best they could. Particular thanks go to Gemma Britten for her commitment to us through sales progression - she deserves a medal!
