Excellent from start to tenant taking the keys!

We have had a few issues with the property which we think should have been checked properly before being occupied i.e. No heating and hot water for three days plus there is plumbing problems as well. On the positive side Leaders management have been very helpful and courteous, they are trying to resolve the issue for us and up till now we are more than satisfied with their response.

Only problem is that the person who put up the blinds did them so that the windows will now no longer open....
