Helpful when we moved in but said you were coming one day and didn't. When you did do an inspection we heard nothing about the gutters or the faulty electric fire.

I moved in to my property in December 2016. Claire Nelson became our property manager and throughout the last 10 months or so she has been a true blessing. She is a credit to her team and I cannot thank her enough for helping us get the repairs we needed when we had no kitchen tap, or the cooker blew a week before Christmas or when the shower was leaking, or when the washing machine spat soapy water all over the kitchen floor, all the while the landlady was playing invisible hide and seek and not upholding her duty as a landlord. I am truly sad that my professional relationship with Leaders and Ms Nelson is coming to an end and I would highly recommend them both for future renters and landlords.

The service was lovely, I think some of the stages took abit longer due to employees not sending things off straight away but I understand that there was probably a lot of other tenants to sort out too! The people at the branch we used were polite and really lovely, would definitely use leaders if we move to another property.

The property is nice. 3 weeks back the electricity tripped and we did not know whom to contact. There was no emergency no. Or landlord contact details. We managed to restore the electricity by getting the number from internet and calling them for help. From yesterday, the central heating system is not working. It displays a message... going on stand by mode. Need urgent and immediate attention.
