I have received excellent service running up to moving in to my property and since. I recently had a leak from the roof and straight away my property manager Aaron arranged for someone to come and look at it and they have already fixed the problem. I look forward to any more dealings I have to have with any of the offices as all the staff I have dealt with have been brilliant. I would recommend leaders as an agent to anybody looking to rent a house!

I was looked after every step of the way. Was even offered useful contacts i.e. Builders plumbers electrician etc. Very friendly sales team. Couldn't fault my buying experience. Made it all so easy.

Leaders were very efficient and friendly. They kept me informed when viewings were going to take place, and provided feedback. The property was empty at the time, and they always paid attention to security for peace of mind. When the property was sold subject to contract, the Sales Progression team in Nottingham then took over, and kept me informed throughout. All in all, a very good service was given by Leaders.

Smooth tenancy arrangement thank you. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't very impressed with the condition of the property. It wasn't very clean, garden knee high and some carpets dirty.
