All the staff i had any dealings with are completely top drawer in the way they address issues (not that i had any). would not hesitate to contact them again if i were purchasing or leasing, sorry to part company with them but a brilliant experience and superbly customer focused and very polished.

I am very pleased with the support I receive from Leaders with letting my property. They are fast and responsive to a lot of situations and have managed the property well. My one issue which is why they do not get 5 stars is that they send a lot of unnecessary marketing emails to me that I find very irritating.

We have been with Town and Country for a number of years, with them managing two properties for us. Most of the time our contact was Katherine Pearce, and she was extremely good. More recently our contact has been Megan, and she equally has been extremely good. Recently we had a serious problem with a tenant, and Megan handled the problem through to resolution very professionally. This year we sold one of our properties , and Angela handled the sale in a very efficient and profusion a manner. Everyone in the branch is professional and efficient, but equally as important they are lovely to deal with. A great team.
