This is our first experience renting I can honestly say every step of the way leaders have been excellent always available helpful efficient and very friendly can't fault the team at east grinstead top job!

We have found Leader to be good to deal with. Everything that we have asked them to do has been carried out efficiently eg getting estimates for work to be carried out and then photos of the said work being posted to us. The only thing we were not happy about was finding out that instead of two tenants there were in fact a family of three. We would have liked to be told of this at the contract stage rather than find out a few months down the line. Having a child in the property increased our buildings insurance so it is very important to be told at the time of signing contracts.
