We have found the team at Leaders to be very helpful and they respond quickly to both our tenants requests and our approvals to go ahead with certain work. Some general "administration systems" could be improved - for example the last tenancy renewal was not completed until after the previous expiry - causing the tenants some anxiety. Also some of the regular maintenance we request to be on going eg annual boiler check has been missed in the past. Also, one of the property inspection reports was not sent to us which meant a delay in addressing some issues. However in general the team members we communicate with are always helpful and prompt so thank you !
