I am generally happy with the service I receive from Leaders, but do object to money being held back once a quote has been given, which can continue for a few months until the work is completed, as happened earlier this year. In the past, I have been invoiced directly and paid the bill myself,, and would like this to happen in future if possible.

Lovely so far.. It's perfect. Quiet in the evenings so as I can really relax, a room that is comfortable and the owners are always available and pleased to see you. I am happy that I can stay for as long as I wish and have a months notification of leaving. I have every intention of remaining here until April, if not beyond.
