Everything I've queried has been dealt with quickly and not left unresolved. But I do think your fees are rather high so would expect good service.

As this was my first time renting I was unsure what would be involved but the staff at Leaders were extremely helpful and the process was completed very easily.

I thought that the process was very simple and clear. It would have been nice if had the correct keys when we went for a follow up viewing for the property as we were unable to measure up or see some of the defects until the day we moved in.

Overall I think the service I have received from the girls at Leaders has been fantastic, from the very first viewing, through the paperwork and since I have moved in. The property is excellent except for the awful slow broadband which has yet to be resolved. This was a big selling point for me and I am very disappointed that it is still not resolved. Other than that, fantastic.
