Good service but not quite as good as when Stephanie looked after my property. I feel updates are slower or don't happen the same as before..

The Service I receive is very good. I have the full managed service, and am always kept informed on a timely basis on all aspects of my property.

Would like to say the staff at the Eastleigh branch are ever so helpful. if i ever had any problems they was just a email/phone call away. I would defiantly recommend them to friends & family : )

From my experience in the last few weeks the handover from one tenant to another went smoothly. I had one contact person on my file which was very useful for communication and continuing overseeing of the new tenant. I have had my questions and concerns answered in a prompt manner.
