I have found Leaders to have improved over the years, staff are lot more responsibe to any problems. I am thinking of transferring my othr properties to Leaders

This feedback is easy for me to write. I have found Leaders personnel to be people of integrity and outstanding customer service. They work hard to accommodate both tenant and landlord requirements. During my tenure with Leaders, I have been able to always depend on the team at Eastleigh to address any queries thoroughly and efficiently. They are energetic, accurate, fair minded, dependable, and mostly importantly, possess excellent customer service skills. As a result I have remained with Leaders in my upcoming move and to another county.

Very pleased with all the help that we receive form leaders, they always get back to me asap to sort out any problems and are always helpful polite and friendly, very glad that they are my letting agency!

All the staff I met and talked to are very friendly. The service is good and efficient. My only disappointment is that I was required to pay for the check out fees even before I move in the property but no one have mentioned this charges to me nor does it show on any of your leaflet. It gives a very bad feeling that you are being conned.
