So far the whole renting process has gone pretty smoothly. There have been two issues which had to be resolved, being broken vent extractor in en suite shower/wc and and defective washing machine. Both items were dealt with reasonably quickly and we were consulted and kept informed of tradesmen appointments.

Very pleased with the service we receive. New tenants always found quickly and efficiently. Helpful and professional .
