Friendly staff with good communication and professional manner, maintenance requests could be dealt with a little faster and perhaps more empathy and effort when dealing with a dissatisfied tenant. Contractors are good and branch manager very helpful.

I am happy with the overall service I received from Leaders. The staff were friendly and nice, and provided a lot of information and were pretty efficient in getting me the flat after I expressed my initial interest. They seem to do their best to see me when I wanted to see the flat. To give them the full 5 stars I would be expecting them to go over and above when providing their service but I don't think they were able to do this. For example there was a lot of confusion, and there is still is today about who the previous provider was for the energy, and I am still getting letters today regarding bills. I'm not sure why Leaders couldn't have just told me to prepare me and then contacted the previous energy provider to inform them the other tenant left. It also took me some time to work out how the hot water and heating worked, and thought Leaders might have just given some basic details about this all worked.

We found the staff to be very pleasant and extrenely helpful at every stage of our tenancy arrangements.

Staff went out of their way to find us the perfect rental and liaise with the landlord to ensure a smooth transition - we would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others
