We've been very happy for the most part with how quickly you've responded to the few problems we've had and the quality of service with any repairs needed although there are a couple of issues we have asked repeatedly to have addressed and have not heard back about them. Thank you.

Assistance provided regarding purchase of the property was very good. Service provided to let property similarly very good. Minor points noted were some aspects of the generic letting agreement which had to be amended. Overall a good service provided

excellent service

I have been letting my property with this office for over 15 years. They have consistently found good tenants for me. All the staff I have dealt with have been very pleasant and most efficient. It is also reassuring to find that they are always up to date with letting regulations and advice. The staff have been led and are still led by a very competent manager. I would always recommend them to others and find that they stand head and shoulders above their rivals in th estate business.
