They find good tenants, are up to date with the latest regulations and always given me courteous, friendly service. I never have the feeling of distrust that one gets with some estate agents. They are always frank, honest, reassuring and very helpful. I would like, particularly, to highlight the excellent qualities of your lettings branch manager. She is highly efficient and has outstanding personable customer skills. Leaders is very lucky to have her services.

Service while viewing the house I've just rented off you wasn't great at all - agent turned up to viewing with wrong keys etc. But once sorted, it seems to have gone fairly smoothly (although the person signing me up for the property hadn't bother looking in my file - if they had, they would of seen i am already a tenant of yours!).

I'm very happy and impressed with how quickly any problems have been resolved.
