Very pleased to have Leaders managing my properties. I was getting one statement by email and one statement by post. But I have asked the office to change this. It has taken a little while for a contractor to visit one of the houses - but the maintenance issue was not urgent and so many people are on holiday at the moment - so this has not been a problem on this occassion. We have had a long, successful and friendly relationship with JohnsonWood. As we live in Spain, it is very important that we have confidence in our letting agent, so were pleased and relieved when we were able to continue with Kim being our main point of contact. The changeover to yourselves seems to have gone smoothly, so have confidence that all will be well.
