Reliable, friendly Sevice which is well handled

We received very friendly service from an early stage of our involvement with Leaders. We were less pleased with the condition of the property when we took it over. It was dirty and there were a number of problems. These had been identified in the inventory so I was surprised that the issues had not been addressed. There are still problems which we are awaiting resolution. We had to insist that you visited the property to see for yourselves, I think it was agreed by yourselves and the owner that our concerns were justified. I am sure, in the fullness of time, that everything will be great as we are enjoying the property and I am getting on with the vegetable plot!! (There should be some fresh produce later in the year)

I have been using JohnsonWood and more recently Leaders for roughly 14-15yrs and have received a faultless service throughout. I enjoyed the earlier JW era simply because it had a bespoke feel and I forged close relationships with my property managers. Leaders are good with a more corporate identity - JW would not have had a review such as this done. However, I remain loyal to the Emsworth Branch and the staff there excel.
