My experience so far has mostly been exceptional, the one exemption to this is a issue with fixtures and fittings within the property i am renting, the situation is out of the hands of the branch of Leaders i am dealing with, but the contract supplied by the branch clearly states who is responsible, that said i am receiving excellent customer care from the team and am being kept up to date with all correspondence to the landlord.
