I have been renting properties for around twenty years and can honestly say I have never found a letting agency as friendly, organised and helpful as Leaders have been. Everything was very straightforward, most of the paperwork was done via emails which makes things fast and easy to file. Whenever I needed to ask a question, there was always someone available on the phone to deal with my queries and the thing I liked the most was that whomever you spoke to in the office (even if it wasn't someone you had spoken to before) they all were aware of me and the property I was renting. It is so nice to deal with a company who communicate with one another, it has a friendly, 'family' feel to the office. I would highly recommend.

I found the staff at Leaders Emsworth most helpful and supportive when we recently put our property on the 'Let' market through them. I felt reassured that they were competent and were able to give good advice based on considerable experience of the local area and customer demands. Everything seems ok so far, all of the documents and legalities are in place, the only annoying ongoing problem is parking. Although we know that we legally have the right to Park under cover, in practice it does not always work, and it was only because parking was advertised that we chose this property. The 2 cars in the more accessible parking places never move & another cars owner doesn't seem to live here which leaves a fourth place difficult to access and I have even been in the position of having a car parked behind me, leaving me blocked in. I realise that with 4 parking places and 8 flats/bungalows is never going to be easy.
