I met with Leaders when I was deciding whether to sell or rent my property. I met with men who looked after both sides and found them both very helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have already been using Leaders to let our property with our first set of tenants, and were more than happy to continue using them to manage the letting when it came to the end of that tenancy and the start of the next one. Despite the difficulties we encountered with the first tenants at the very end of their tenancy in terms of the state of our property, Leaders (Ben Heath and Catherine) were especially helpful and professional in the way that they acted as diplomats in a very professional manner at all times. Their provision of and guidance through the 'obstacle course' of paperwork was invaluable in helping to reduce the pressure and strain on us. It was also reassuring to know that they were only a 'phone call away,and to feel confident in their knowledge of the property and us - we were not 'just another client'. We have been extremely impressed with the way in which Leaders have kept the transition from one tenancy to the next as smooth as possible.

Professional and friendly service

Everyone at the office are very helpful. Doing good work. Only thing I was very disappointed was the inventory company selected You can read my property check in,checkout and re -check in report and the report sent by the new tenant after taking posetion of the flat.
