Excellent. Only one comment. It wasn't made clear who would transfer which bills I.e. Leaders or myself. It maybe obvious but it would have be reassuring to be clearer. Otherwise very professional.

Leaders were very responsive to my questions on the run up to my move in date, and did ensure the property was clean and re-carpeted. It would have made a huge difference to my move in if somebody had come with me to the property and shown me how things work. e.g. I had no idea that the two plug sockets in the kitchen were turned on by another switch on the other side of the room, or that you had to press a switch in the bedroom to make the shower in the bathroom work! I only found these things out when an electrician came over six weeks after my move in. Leaders also promise to contact utility suppliers for you, but in this case they contacted the wrong water company.
