Overall we have had a good experience with Leaders. When we wanted to view properties we had a quick reply, advise regarding other potentially suitable properties and the viewing was arranged quickly. I am also very pleased that we got emails regarding utility bills and that Leaders dealt with a lot of things on our behalf as this took some of the stress out of moving! There was some miscommunication between some members of staff which resulted in our contract being delayed and also some of the information regarding the property was incorrect. Minor things but in the future it would be good to ensure staff have the correct information to minimise complications further down the line.

Overall experience was great. I had few times very slow replies (3-4 days) to my emails, but other than that everything was great.

Always fast to find a tenant, and have had good people , but sometimes have trouble getting staff to deal with issues that have arisen.

I was very happy with the service I received from Leaders during the sale of my house. My only issue was with the legal company they recommended, who were very poor. I ended up cancelling my agreement with them and using a local solicitor.

I was very impressed with the way that Leaders found us a suitable tenant. After 2.5 months of trying with another agency to let this quite desirable apartment without success, Leaders found us a good tenant within 2.5 days. The tenant's suitability was soon checked out and found to be very positive. This is a full management arrangement with Leaders and the auxiliary costs to us were pretty modest. Very impressed.
