Initial agreement and planning went well. Was impressive with the deadlines given and planning. Had a few issues with heating at our apartment, It was solved after few emails shared, but was a bit delayed in terms of when it was done. Were left with no heating at all for a weekend. Wasnt taken as an emergency. Hope to get a better response next time we have such an issue.
