Very organised and efficient at getting statements out and dealing with account queries, despite not being a national organisation. All the people I've spoken to over the phone have been polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

All is acceptable on the whole. I am however awaiting news about payments and contracts that is waiting to be resolved although it would be nice to be informed and everything up to date so that I wouldn't need to chase up . I'm hoping that this will resolve itself with time. Any dealing I have with agents are good and I'm pleased.

My only negative observation is that calls for domestic repairs takes time and there seem to be communication gap amongst your staff.

Very good service with some delay in answering my questions or enquirers about what I need e.g.fixing the bed, kitchen table and dumb toilet! I asked the office many times, since the first month of rent on September but all these issues still the same!despite all your promises to sort all that out! I'm still waiting.
