Overall, we are content with the move to portsmouth. We were a little disappointed with a lack of written responses to emails sent with initial issues between Xmas and the New Year; although action had been taken in some instances.

Service was good.

As always, we have received excellent service from the staff at the Fareham Branch. New tenent a were found quickly during a difficult season.

This is my first venture into renting of a property(Tenant find only). The Leaders team,starting with Dan,have been very friendly and professional ,keeping me informed at ever stage. Hopefully,so far,they have found me a good tenant and secured a very good rent for the property.

I have no particular gripes other than the fact that you need to be reminded to send me copies of invoices for work carried out when things get replaced or renewed.
