I was disappointed that it took 3 months to find a tenant for our property. I accept that initially there was interest and that the persons involved pulled out at the last minute. I do feel that where obvious interest is shown there should be some commitment on the part of the impending tenant. At the very least I feel that Leaders should have still pushed for other potential tenants to view the property until a signature of acceptance was accepted. This is not a complaint directed at any member of the Leaders Team involved as I know from personal experience that they are very helpful.

Generally good and always helpful but sometimes lacking in attention to detail, for example instructions for boiler or machines go missing but are not replaced for new tenants. Frequent reminders are necessary to send paper copies of important documents rather than emails.

The staff at both the Fareham and Southamton offices have always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fast and efficient, whenever I've had to contact them about my two let properties. I've been impressed with Leaders's management service since I first let a property in 2007, and this excellent service has continued to the present day.

Leaders are great. They basically take care of everything. Having had a previously bad experience with an unregistered lettings agency, I can wholeheartedly recommend Leaders, and will continue to use their services.

Very happy with the way things have been going with Leaders In the way of a suggestion for improvement I would suggest a regular check up on accounts be set up to check if tradesmen have done their jobs and accounts settled , rather than Landlords having to phone to check state of jobs when monthly accounts received.
