Sue Tiler and her team have provided a high standard of service over the past 12 years ensuring continuous letting of our property. Sue of course has had to work under Leaders terms and conditions where not all them have met with our approval especially when new measures and increased charges have been introduced. Nevertheless there has always been trust in her ability to deliver the right result for us at the end of the day.

Very happy with the service, please keep it up. The only thing I would appreciate is a statement periodically telling me that the state of my house and garden has not deteriorated since the tenants have been in the property. Perhaps the odd photo too...

Leaders Fareham - excellent Branch Manager, she recognises me, works hard to find the type of tenant I have requested. Other staff not quite so aware when completing the process of new tenants if I ring with a query.

Find the Fareham team very friendly and willing to advise and help where necessary. The service is very good which is why I keep my properties with Leaders. On a constructive note, I do feel the team that manage my properties side with the tenants certainly when they check out and I see annoying things they have done to my property. The adage Wear and Tear, sometimes runs thin, when I feel its mis-use etc. I've had mold issues before which in reality is the tenant not airing/heating the room properly but its my responsibility to clean it up and redecorate. As with all people there are good and bad, and I consider myself a fair and decent landlord, but sometimes feel my team do only see the side of the tenant.
