I have been dealing with the Fareham branch for more than 6 years the service has always been of a high standard.

sourcing tenants and prrocessing the tenants set up has seemed to gone very smoothly. My only complaint is regarding the agreed early termination and finalisation of the first tenant. I am still unaware how this is being resolved and feel the communication is this area could be greatly improved.

Very friendly, reply to queries very quickly. Had ongoing issues with the boiler at the property, (but to be fair they may not have been made aware of this issue by the owner). They have done what they can to help :-)

Generally a very good service, although I do seem to have to chase things up occasionally. The staff are very friendly and approachable.

Leaders were fine but to get things repaired was bad still got aleak and ceiling ruined two coats

Excellent service, staff always helpful and that is why I have stayed with Leaders Fareham for the last 4 years and don't deal with any other agents.

Pretty efficient usually, especially with finding decent tenants and getting them in and out without too much bother. Not so great at organising contract work quotes in my experience. Overall OK. Using an agent costs, but it is tax deductible and takes the hassle out of letting a property.
