I have no problem with the lettigs or the property management and I am always dealt with courtesly. Somtimes there is a lack of feedback. The issues I have are with the contractors you use although the last time they got it right. I do not know if you have a vetting procedure or are they just from Check a trade. The othe issue I have is when I ask you to get someone in to fix a problem I am stopped a sum of money out of the rent due without you knowing how much it all costs. I quote the instance of a contractor saying I need a new element for the oven when it was a gas oven. For that I had been stopped £75 and it was not refunded automaticaly I had to asak for it and wait three days for the money to arrive in my account. I have no objection to paying bills but paying up front before you know the cost does irk me. Apart from that I am satisied with the service I get but please remeber I am a customer and would like to be treated as such.
