i am very satisfied with the efficiency of the office though I was recently displeased to hear that if I wish to have a print out of the income and expenditure for the year I would be asked to pay £ 25 per property sheet. After being a customer of Leaders for over 20 years I regard this as very unsatisfactory and trust it will not be implemented . In these days of computers it involves little time on the part of Leaders and it is of great help to me who am more or less computer illiterate . It takes me ages to go through the years' figures over successive months.

Personable, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble which keeps both landlord and tenant happy in the loop. Also appreciate their advisory role when challenging decisions need to be made.

Friendly, honest staff that helped me find a really great place to live. Not a big fan of the website they use to e-sign the contract (default setting makes it very easy to just click through the contract without actually reading it), or the company they use to get your references (took them a number of days to send the email, had to provide 2 emails after they said the first never responded to the email they didn't send).
