Initially the service was not so helpful due to transfer of letting agent from waterside to leaders as part of the take over. After speaking with branch branch that changed and have found leaders very helpful. Communications during vacation of team members does not provide a continuous service especially if the property is vacant and you are trying to pro are for a new let.

Leaders were great in getting me on track with things, they told me what to expect and what documents they needed. They tried their best with getting discounts for items such as broadband, but price was too high. Overall, pleasure to talk to good quality staff and helping get things on track.
