I've had Leaders as managing agent for my two properties since 2007. I think they are the best. Always professional, competent, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Their recruitment systems/training must be excellent, as all the agents I've had dealings with over the years know how to manage any property problems big or small,- legal etc. I can't fault this organisation.

All the staff have been very helpful and efficient. My only concern is that I often do not receive a reply or acknowledgement of emails that I have sent, particularly annoying when my emails have raised issues/required action. Also I have dealt with a number of different people and am not always clear to the staffs areas of responsibility. Perhaps if landlords had a single point of contact/relationship manager at the branch, communication could be improved?

An excellent service throughout.

On the whole a very HAPPY experience - the only down side was the fact it cost so much more than anticipated to get house back to a rentable state, which was hardly your fault. Thanks to Sarah, in particular, for always being there to sort out problems. Thank you.

Always very friendly, and a good service. There are a few occasions where errors have occurred, hence why I haven't give the full 5 stars. But apart from that very pleased with the personal, yet profession approach.
