I have been very happy with the service I receive. I appreciate that comments and recommendations made are for the benefit of the landlord and renter, not just for one side. Communication is good and as a landlord who lives a long way away, I feel comfortable that things are under control.

I'd just like to say thank you - I have been extremely impressed with Leaders - you completely 'get' the fact that as landlords who are busy with our own day to day jobs we need you to do your stuff without fuss, but efficiently and helpfully. We also felt that whilst you looked after the tenant you have kept in mind who is paying you!!!! All of the team have been great.

Friendly and helpful and flexible with timings to view house. Only negative is that we were not advised there was no TV aerial socket in the house (although the aerial was on the roof), despite querying this during the initial visit. Also not advised there was no telephone point. Being advised prior to accepting the property would have allowed me to budget for this and also to ensure installation was ready to go prior to commencement of the contract - the result was that I paid for 2 weeks of rental but did not move in as had no internet or television in the property.
