I have been satisfied with your service but inview of subsequent experience with 2 tenants,I think a little more in depth knowledge of them might well be relayed to the landlord,before agreement.and conditions such as "no Dogs" and "no smoking". made eminently clear to the incoming person(s).Whilst a quick letting is most desirable it can lead to difficulties later
