Initial service was very good, John, Dan and Becky were extremely helpful and always available for any questions or concerns I had regarding the sale of 6 Sudbourne Road, and also the rental of 8 Hyldon Court. Once the rental was finalised I did find it difficult too gain certain information on Hyldon Court in regard too Utilities, if Sky was allowed and if so was the set up communial or individual. There were also a number of issues with the property regarding personal belongings left from previous tenants, a number of damages / repairs required, and a general lack of cleanliness. I have addressed all of these issues myself after numerous attempts to try and contact the landlord. Obviously I do not know what the details of the rental / management agreement is between Leaders and my Landlord. Im assuming you place tenants into the properties and responsibilities are then down to the landlords? Please accept this in the correct manor, Leaders were generally very good and I would have no hesitation in using your services in the future, I just hope my feedback is constructive. kindest Regards Mr Atherton
