It is the first time ever that I have rented a property and found the process quite daunting but your staff were helpful and understanding although at time quite stretched.

I've not had any problems so far but would prefer postal information when changing over tenants instead of email.

All staff very helpful and courteous. A few minor repairs dealt with very promptly after mentioning them. A couple of information requests a little slow coming back, and not seen an inventory and statement of condition 2 weeks after signing tenancy agreement. Otherwise satisfactory and feel confident of ongoing help and advise as required.

Very good service. The staff worked very hard to find a n new tenant when the one set up pulled out at the last minute. They kept me informed all the time which put my mind at rest.
