Generally good management for landlords. Staff are always polite and courteous in the sometimes minefield between landlord and tenant. In house property management service is too promptly offered and the quality, competency is debatable. Quotations for work are inflated. Plumbing, and electrical quotes are not as competitive as they should be. Recently a fault was diagnosed incorrectly, and only an outside engineer rectified the problem. This trebled time spent at the property and inconvenienced the tenant who thankfully was tolerant of the situation.

Friendly and easy people to talk to but fee a bit on the high side. Still would recommend them.

Next time we change tenants I would like a little more time to get the property back up to our standards before we re-let. The speed with which it all happened was great but I feel if everything is not as I would want it at the beginning of a tenancy the property will need that bit more attention at the end - a slippery slope if you like.
